Spa Etiquette
So that you may completely surrender to your spa experience, there are a few helpful points of etiquette that will enhance your journey.
Arrival
As your treatment has been especially reserved for you, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out any relevant forms, these assist us in providing you with the best possible service. Your personal details will remain totally confidential. You can enjoy a herbal tea and start relaxing. All treatments must conclude at the scheduled time, to allow us to accommodate all clients.
If you arrive late for your appointment and your treatment has to be cut down, the full price will be charged for the time and treatments originally booked.
Environment
For the relaxation, enjoyment and privacy of all our guests, mobile phones and other electronics are not permitted. We also ask that you speak quietly during your time at the Spa.
Children
As much as we love children, for the safety of your child and the comfort and relaxation of other visitors to Little Escapes Day Spa, please make alternative child care arrangements.
Book Spa treatments in advance
We highly recommend you book Spa in advance prior to your arrival. This will ensure time is allocated and you don’t miss out. Contact Little Escapes on 0352773843
Attire
For your comfort, a robe, slippers and disposable underwear will be provided where required. Please be reassured our Therapists are trained to drape towels discreetly over areas of your body to protect your privacy at all times during treatments. It is suggested you wear open toe shoes for pedicures.
Health Matters
Please inform us of any health related issues you may have at the time of booking. Conditions we need to know about include (but are not limited to) things like: high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies and pregnancy. If you are unsure whether something might be important, please discuss this with Spa staff. Also, the consumption of alcohol before, during or immediately after Spa treatments is not recommended.
Cancellation Policy
Credit Cards are required for all weekend bookings and any bookings over $150 Tuesday to Friday.
We kindly ask for a 50% deposit when scheduling any package or treatment exceeding two hours duration and for all treatments held on weekends. This deposit is fully refundable should notice of cancellation or alteration be given at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. For no shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to debit your credit card with the deposit amount.
All phone calls must be received during normal work hours.
Gift Vouchers
We offer a unique range of gift vouchers for all our services or for a dollar value. A great gift idea! Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable; the balance of any gift voucher cannot be made available as cash. Failure to produce a voucher will require full payment for the treatment with the value of the voucher refunded on presentation of the voucher.
Gift Voucher Delivery Instructions and Time Frames
Traditional Gift Vouchers will be sent within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) of receiving both the order and payment confirmation online. A $2.00 postage and handling fee will be charged to all Traditional Gift Vouchers.
Packages
Packages are unable to be split or the treatments within packages swapped. Massage and facial upgrades are available.

- Tuesday to Friday 10.00 am - 5.30 pm (Later hours are available by appointment only. Please phone for availability.)
- Saturday 10.00 am to 4.00 pm
- We are not open Public Holidays
- Sundays are available for package treatments only. Sundays incur a 5% surcharge on all treatments. Specials are not available on Sundays.
